Fabiola Padilla is one of Mexico’s most visionary mixologists and the founder of Bekeb, her acclaimed bar in San Miguel de Allende. Rooted in tradition and driven by creativity, she crafts cocktails that honor Mexico’s ancestral ingredients while embracing modern techniques and elevated presentation. Since opening Bekeb in 2019 - named after the Tzotzil word for “seed” - Fabiola has developed a distinct approach that highlights pre-Hispanic ingredients and ancestral processes like fermentation and distillation.
