MIXOLOGIST AND FOUNDER OF BEKEB SAN MIGUEL DE ALLENDE
Fabiola is a renowned creative mixologist. She has been internationally recognized for her collaborations with restaurants in the New York scene, including Cosme by Enrique Olvera, and the bar at the Public Hotel in the Lower East Side of Manhattan from the creator of Studio 54, Ian Schrager.
In 2019 she founded BEKEB, in San Miguel de Allende, Guanajuato, Mexico, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. BEKEB represents a signature artisanal mixology concept, and is an ideal spot for cocktail enthusiasts. In 2021, BEKEB was named among one of “Mexico’s Coolest Boutique Hotel Restaurants And Bars” in Forbes by Hotels Above Par Founder, Brandon Berkson.
